Step into the magical world of Hogwarts and live out your wizarding school dreams. From the moment you enter, you'll be immersed in the wonder of the wizarding world, surrounded by enchanted halls, mysterious rooms, and magical surprises. Whether you're attending classes, exploring the castle, or bonding with your housemates, every part of the evening is designed to bring the magic of Hogwarts to life. Get ready to cast spells, brew potions, and compete for the House Cup in this unforgettable adventure! This event is designed for witches and wizards ages 16 and up.

Dinner

Gather with your housemates and enjoy a delicious feast worthy of the Great Hall, complete with magical atmosphere and Hogwarts camaraderie.

Honey Dukes

Satisfy your sweet tooth with an assortment of treats from Honeydukes! Indulge in cakes, candies, chocolate frogs, and other wizarding delights.

Sorting

Get sorted into your Hogwarts house by the famous Sorting Hat. Will you find yourself in Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, or Ravenclaw.

Classes

Attend spellbinding classes like Potions, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, and more. But beware—professors will assign you homework! Complete your assignments to earn points for your house.

House Cup

Compete alongside your housemates for points and earn your way to victory. At the end of the night, one house will claim the coveted House Cup!

Common Rooms

Each house has its own common room where you can bond with your fellow Gryffindors, Slytherins, Hufflepuffs, or Ravenclaws. Strengthen your house spirit and prepare for the challenges ahead! Want to be more involved in the decorating? Volunteer!

Magic

Create potions, cast spells, and wield your wand like a true witch or wizard. Experience the magic of Hogwarts firsthand with hands-on activities.

Play

A few weeks before the event, you will receive a character to play as. Come dressed in character and fully embrace the role as you attend classes, uncover mysteries, and try to avoid being petrified by one of Slytherin’s heirs. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed and Best Actor, so bring your A-game to the Wizarding world.

Explore

The entire castle is open to you! Wander through the corridors, uncover hidden rooms, and even venture outside the castle walls to experience the full magic of Hogwarts. Want to know more about the ins and outs of the castle? Volunteer to help set up all the decorations!

Experience the Magic

Get ready to be amazed by Owen Banks, the master magician who brings real magic to life! Known for his dazzling illusions and deep knowledge of magical theory, Owen will be leading Transfigurations class, where students will explore the secrets of transforming objects before their very eyes. With years of experience performing for wizards and muggles alike, Owen’s teaching combines wonder, precision, and a touch of showmanship—making every lesson an unforgettable magical experience.

Prizes

We’re giving out prizes for House Cup champions, Best Dressed, and Best in Character. Throughout the night, students will cast votes and earn points for their houses. At the end of the evening, the house with the most points will be crowned the winner—and every student in that house will receive a prize.
